By viewing or using this Service, which can be accessed on this website or directly via Facebook/social media or tronictraverseofficial@gmail.com you are agreeing to be bound by all these service’s terms of service and agree with any applicable laws. If you disagree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from accessing these services and all contact with Tronic Traverse themself. All materials provided are protected by trade mark law and copyright. For purposes of this Terms of Service, the terms , “them” , "their", "theirs",“TT” refers to the sole trader of this project.

Privacy policy​

TT does not ask for or share any personal information. However may share work done with another professional service or trusted producer with permission from other individuals.

Business Rights

As a business owner, TT has the right of decision making for each and every aspect related to all processes.

If the individual displays any unruly behaviour that may compromise their safety they have the right to terminate or discontinue any works in progress. This includes:

• Harassment/Bullying

• Stalking

• Threats of any kind

They also have the right to make any changes to the music or business at any-time.

Personal and Professional Boundaries

TT maintains a strict separation between personal and professional spheres. This includes all interactions and relationships with partners, relatives, and other individuals. TT will not personally send photos to other musicians or any other business associates upon request, unless such requests are directly related to official publications in magazines or other authorized promotional materials.

Collaborations with other artists

​​

All artists must maintain the following:

​

• Communication: Maintain regular, and precise communication throughout the collaboration.

• Revenue: Establish and adhere to a fair revenue-sharing arrangement. TT believes that sharing royalty payments 50/50 is a fair deal. 

• Crediting: ALL artists MUST credit TT on ALL tracks.

• Contact: TT will try to follow up on the collab(s) 3 times. If there is no reply or any updates within 3-7 days on the third time collaboration will cease to continue. They will delete any stems or any other files you have created.

TT reserves the right to terminate all correspondence if any issues arise. No exceptions.

A.I Usage Policy

​

TT does not use AI to produce and write the music. TT does not grant clients or third parties permission to use A.I in any form, including for vocals or any produced music. ​

Modification of Terms of Service

​

TT may revise or include supplemental terms in these Terms of Service on its Website or to their clients/customers from time to time without prior notice. Please ensure that you check the current Terms of Service every time you use the Website. They may provide a copy of the Terms of service to whom they work with. By using their services you agree to these terms.
